Дом Сладкий Дом! (pronouned Dom sladkee dom)
Home sweet home is the actual meaning of that phrase. And I'm glad to be back in the Novo-E!!! I was greeted by my host mom who was tending to he enormous garden as usual with a big kiss and hug! I was so happy to finally be stopped for once and just put down my stuff. My school was really glad that i was back too. Now I can really buckle down and get to work. I've already stapled down a curriculum. I'm so proud of that!!! I'm going to be teaching a lot of new concepts that Ukrainian students and teachers have never seen. It's going to be tough but i think I'm up to the challenge. My director Vlodomyr Anatoliyovich seems excited with the plan and said that he really wants all of this taught to the students but no one has the knowlege on how to do it. I'm going to be teaching healthy lifestyles, Business skills, American History and Culture, and typing (because everytime I am in the computer lad I gather a crowd with how fast I can type and not even look at the Keyboard) so I thought that would be a good idea too. I'm also going to attempt to start the very first ever Novo-E Student Parliament. We'll see how it goes.
I was just at my very first In Service Training with Peace Corps and I met a whole bunch of new people and other volunteers in my region. I must say that Region 6 (my region) has by far the coolest volunteers in Ukraine, hands down. I'm going to be enjoying the relaxed summer with a lot of work and preperation for my classes. I'll talk to you all later and Love you all!
